利用規約Terms of Service

第1条（はじめに・同意）1. Introduction & Acceptance

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、VidSparks（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は本サービスを利用しないでください。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VidSparks ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

第2条（サービス内容）2. The Service

本サービスは、ブラウザ上で動作する無料の画面録画・ライブ配信ツールです。画面の合成、録画、音声処理（AIボイスチェンジャーを含む）は、原則として利用者のブラウザ内（ローカル）で完結します。録画ファイルが当社サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

The Service is a free, browser-based screen-recording and live-streaming tool. Screen compositing, recording, and audio processing (including the AI Voice Changer) run, in principle, entirely within your browser (locally). Recording files are not sent to our servers.

第3条（動作環境）3. System Requirements

本サービスは最新版の Chrome / Edge / Firefox 等のブラウザでの利用を推奨します。ブラウザやOSの仕様・制約により、一部機能が動作しない場合があります。

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or a similar browser. Some features may not work due to browser or OS limitations.

第4条（利用者の責任）4. Your Responsibilities

利用者は、録画・配信する画面、映像、音声、画像、BGM等のコンテンツについて、必要な権利・許諾を自ら確保する責任を負います。本サービスは利用者が作成・配信するコンテンツについて一切の責任を負いません。

You are solely responsible for securing all necessary rights and permissions for any screen, video, audio, image, BGM, or other content you record or stream. The Service bears no responsibility for content you create or distribute.

第5条（禁止事項）5. Prohibited Conduct

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

When using the Service, you must not:

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 第三者の著作権・商標権・肖像権・プライバシー等の権利を侵害する行為
• 他者を録画・配信する際に必要な同意を得ない行為
• わいせつ・差別・誹謗中傷・暴力的な内容等の配信
• 本サービスや関連システムへの不正アクセス・改ざん・過度な負荷をかける行為
• その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

• Violate any law, regulation, or public order and morals;
• Infringe others' copyrights, trademarks, likeness, privacy, or other rights;
• Record or stream other people without their required consent;
• Distribute obscene, discriminatory, defamatory, or violent content;
• Gain unauthorized access to, tamper with, or place excessive load on the Service or related systems;
• Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate.

第6条（知的財産権）6. Intellectual Property

本サービス自体（プログラム、デザイン、ロゴ等）に関する知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本サービスを用いて作成したコンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。

Intellectual property rights in the Service itself (software, design, logos, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders. Rights in content you create using the Service remain yours.

第7条（プライバシー・データの取り扱い）7. Privacy & Data

• 録画・映像合成・音声処理はすべて利用者のブラウザ内で行われます。
• 外部への送信が発生するのは、利用者が任意でライブ配信（WebRTC）を行う場合に限られます。
• テンプレート保存機能を利用する場合、設定情報は Supabase 上の利用者アカウントに保存されます。BGMの音声ファイル本体は端末内（IndexedDB）にのみ保存されます。
• Googleログインを利用する場合、認証のために Google および Supabase のサービスが利用されます。

• Recording, compositing, and audio processing all occur within your browser.
• Outbound transmission occurs only when you voluntarily start a live stream (WebRTC).
• If you use template saving, your settings are stored under your account on Supabase. BGM audio files themselves are stored only on your device (IndexedDB).
• If you sign in with Google, Google and Supabase services are used for authentication.

第8条（免責事項・無保証）8. Disclaimer & No Warranty

本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性・完全性・正確性・継続性等について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証をしません。本サービスの利用または利用不能（録画データの破損・消失、配信の中断等を含む）により利用者または第三者に生じた損害について、当社は法令で認められる範囲で一切の責任を負いません。

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, or continuity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages to you or third parties arising from use or inability to use the Service (including corruption or loss of recordings, or stream interruptions).

第9条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）9. Changes, Suspension & Termination

当社は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容の変更・追加・中断・終了を行うことがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

We may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any resulting damages to users.

第10条（規約の変更）10. Changes to These Terms

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

第11条（準拠法・管轄）11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約の解釈および本サービスの利用に関しては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関連して紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
